Bailers & Rope

For certain groundwater sampling applications, such as Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) analysis, use of non-reactive materials like teflon and stainless steel may be required.  Our Teflon® Coated Stainless Steel Leader is used in conjuction with teflon groundwater bailers to meet these requirements.

  • sink rapidly in water without requiring additional weights
  • clear material allows visual inspection of samples
  • longer bottom spout helps prevent silt from interfering with check ball and causing potential leakage
  • more rigid and less likely to bend than competing Polyethylene bailers
  • the only bailer with optional reusable weight system to increase sink rate
  • custom emptying device for regulating discharge flow, included with every bailer
  • require less material to produce, resulting in less waste when disposed of
  • shipped in brown recycled cardboard boxes, unlike many competing bailer products
  • new hydrodynamic design and wider spout opening enables super fast sink rate while minimizing Dissolved Oxygen in your well sample
  • new, easy to handle emptying device allows more accurate control of liquid flow into the sample bottle
  • new pour spout and ball retainer allows easy pouring from top of bailer
  • each bailer cleaned to EPA standards and individually packaged

Sampling applications that require inert materials, such as organics testing, require higher-quality material such as Fluoropolymer (FEP) in order to get the most accurate results. The Aquabailer FEP bailer is made from 100% pure virgin material. These FEP groundwater bailers can guarantee that the results you get from samples in the field will be as accurate as possible.
