We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates for instrument rental equipment. For ground and standard overnight shipping, the rental period starts the day after you recieve the equipment. With equipment scheduled for early morning delivery or shipping, the rental period starts the morning you receive the equipment.
For local deliveries, the rental period starts at the end of the day that the equipment is delivered. If the equipment must be delivered by a certain time, the rental period starts at the time the equipment must arrive. For customer pickups, the rental period starts at the time of pickup.
For local deliveries, the rental period ends when you call us to have the equipment picked up. For shipped equipment, the rental period ends the day we recieve the equipment back in our office. The rental is marked as recieved that morning regardless of the actual time it arrives from shipping (A.M. delivery not required). For customer dropoffs, the rental period stops at the time the equipment is dropped off.
Daily Rentals will be based on a 24 hour period either starting from time
of pickup; at 8:00am the day following arrival of equipment shipped by parcel carrier; or at 8:00am on the day following
arrival of equipment shipped by LTL or FTL freight carrier.
Weekly Rentals are based on 7 consecutive calendar days
starting either from time of pickup; at 8:00am the day following arrival of equipment shipped by parcel carrier; or at 8am on
the day following arrival of equipment shipped by LTL or FTL freight carrier.
Monthly Rentals are based on 28 consecutive
calendar days starting either from time of pickup; at 8:00am the day following arrival of equipment shipped by parcel carrier;
or at 8:00am on the day following arrival of equipment shipped by LTL or FTL freight carrier.
The cheapest rental rate is automatically applied based on how long the equipment is out.
