Air Sparge plus Soil Vapor Extraction Systems are used to apply pressure to an air sparge well to strip chlorinated solvent or petrochemical contamination from ground water and then remove it by applying a vacuum to nearby soil vapor extraction wells. The recovered contaminated vapors are treated and then discharged.

Soil Vapor Extraction Systems typically include Vacuum Blowers, Knockout Tanks, Air Filters and Silencers, Blower Package Skids, Flow Meters, and Transfer Pumps. If the recovered contaminated vapors need to be treated, Soil Vapor Extraction systems may also include Vapor Phase Carbon Vessels.Air Sparge Systems typically include Air Compressors, Heat Exchangers and Flow Meters. Both the Air Sparge and Soil Vapor Extraction systems are controlled by a Control Panel. Air Sparge Plus Soil Vapor Extraction Systems can be mounted on skids, mounted on open trailers or mounted inside enclosed cargo containers, enclosed cargo trailers or in shed buildings.
