Off Gas Treatment Systems are used to treat vapor streams containing petrochemical or chlorinated solvent contamination so they are safe to discharge to the atmosphere. The contaminated vapor streams are typically generated by Soil Vapor Extraction or Dual Phase Extraction Systems.
Enviro-Equipment, Inc. custom builds Off Gas Treatment systems to your specifications using new parts from quality manufacturers such as American Industrial Heat Transfer Inc. We also offer our own line of Carbon Vessels.
Off Gas Treatment Systems typically include Heat Exchangers, Vapor Phase Carbon Vessels or Catalytic Oxidizers. Systems can be mounted on skids, mounted on open trailers or mounted inside enclosed cargo containers, enclosed cargo trailers or in shed buildings.

The American Industrial ACA Series heat exchanger cools air with air, making it a simple inexpensive way to cool when compared to other water-cooled or refrigerant cooled systems. By using an ACA series air-cooled after cooler, machine tools will recieve cooler dryer air, provide longer trouble free life, experience less down time, and be cost effective to operate on a continuous basis. |
