Air Sparge Systems are used to apply pressure in a well in order to strip chlorinated solvent or petrochemical contamination from groundwater so it can be removed. Air Sparge Systems are often coupled with Soil Vapor Extraction Systems to remove the stripped contamination.
Enviro-Equipment, Inc. custom builds Air Sparge systems to your specifications using new parts from quality manufacturers such as Elmo Rietschle, Gardner Denver, American Industrial Heat Transfer, and Erdco. We also offer our own line of Control Panels.
Air Sparge Systems typically include Air Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Flow Meters and Control Panels. Air Sparge Systems can be mounted on skids, mounted on open trailers or mounted inside enclosed cargo containers, enclosed cargo trailers or in shed buildings.

Elmo Rietschle V-DTA Series Vane Compressor <<click for details
Dry running rotary vane compressors with bearings on both sides of the rotor. Capacities ranging from 52 to 151 m³/hr (30.6 to 88.8 cfm). Pressure up to 1.5 bar for continuous operation and up to 2.2 bar for intermittent operation. High efficiency and silent operation. Sound cover allows a ducted cooling air outlet either from one side only or from both sides. Easy servicing and operation.

The 700 Series Flex-Flo™ meter is a simple and rugged flow rate indicator for air, water and other transparent fluids. It is particularly well adapted for applications that fall within standardized flow ranges at moderate pressures and temperatures. The 700 Series features a rugged cast aluminum housing with metal threaded connections, a full air tempered glass window and the ability to install the meter in horizontal (left to right) and vertical (up or down) flow orientations - all at an economical cost.

Erdco Armor-Flo 3600 Series Flow Meters <<click for details
The 3600 Series Armor-Flo™ meter is a combination of signal transmission with independent mechanical local flow rate indication. Should your 24vdc loop go down, you will still be able to take flow rate readings at the meter. The output signal is linear within the middle 80% of the range and well suited for tracking utility applications. A response curve is furnished with each flowmeter.
