UNITED STATES and CANADA

To Rent Equipment:
You will need to fill out the Terms and Conditions Form above and fax it to our office at (704) 588-5119. If you pay with a credit card, this is the only form you will need to fill out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. You can include your credit card information on the fax or if you prefer, provide it over the phone when you place your order. When you provide your credit card number, please be sure to include the expiration date and the billing zip code for your card.If you would like to establish a credit account, please fill out the Credit Application Form and fax it with the Terms and Conditions Form. Please note that it will take approximately 5 business days to set up a credit account. Our payment terms are NET 30 days upon approved credit

To Purchase Equipment and Supplies:
If you just want to purchase equipment and/or supplies without setting up a credit account, you have several options: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), mail a check in advance, or wire transfer to our bank. If you would like to set up a credit account to purchase equipment and supplies, please fill out the attached Credit Application Form and fax it to (704) 588-5119. Please note that it will take approximately 5 business days to set up a credit account. Our Payment Terms are NET 30 days upon approved credit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

To Purchase Equipment and Supplies:
We require payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), mail a check in advance, or wire transfer to our bank. Please send us a fax at (704) 588-5119 or » « with a complete request for the equipment and supplies that you are interested in along with the address that you would like the items shipped to and we will get back to you with availability and shipping options. We ship international orders via FedEX or DHL Express International Service. Please note that all of our prices are in US Dollars. Shipping and handling charges from Enviro-Equipment's office in Pineville, North Carolina or Elmhurst, Illinois are EXTRA and will need to be paid by the buyer. Any duties and taxes assessed by the importing country are EXTRA and will be paid by the buyer. All international orders incur a $50.00 handling charge. Transportation terms are governed by INCOTERMS 2000. The final terms of shipment (FCA, CIP, DDU, DDP) will be determined prior to Enviro-Equipment, Inc. issuing a quotation.

Please note that we DO NOT rent equipment outside of the United States and Canada.
